Return policy

At Focus Planners, we do our very best to provide you with a high-quality product that will make you happy. Still, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind. That's why you can return your planner within 14 days of receipt, provided it meets the conditions below.

Conditions for returns

• The planner must be unused and in its original condition.
• Returns will only be accepted if the planner is still in its original shrink-wrap. This ensures that the planner remains undamaged and each customer experiences the same quality.
• If the planner has been removed from the shrink wrap, unfortunately it cannot be returned unless there is a defect or damage upon receipt.

How to request a return?

1. Within 14 days of receipt, email info@focusplanners.nl with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you further instructions on how to return the product.
3. Return costs are at your own expense.

Important information:

• Please make sure you pack the planner well to avoid damage during transport.
• Once we have received and verified your return, you will receive a confirmation and the purchase price will be refunded to your account within 14 days.
