Terms of service Focus Planners

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through Focus Planners' website (www.focusplanners.nl). By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Products

Focus Planners sells physical productivity planners. 

3. Prices en payments

  • All prices on the website include VAT.
  • Payment methods: iDEAL, credit card, Klarna and Bancontact. PayPal is not supported.
  • Shipping:
    • Netherlands: Free.
    • Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain and Portugal: €9.00 per order. Free shipping for orders over €65.

4. Shipping

  • Delivery time Netherlands: 2-3 working days.
  • International shipping: Shipping via PostNL. Delivery times may vary depending on destination.
  • Delays and undeliverable products: If a product is out of stock or there is a delay, you will be informed as soon as possible. In that case, you have the right to cancel the order free of charge, after which we will refund the full amount within 7 working days.

5. Returns and right of withdrawal

  • You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original condition. The planner must still be in its original shrink-wrap.
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Upon approval of the return, the purchase price will be refunded within 7 business days.

  • Please note that opened planners can only be returned if they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

6. Warranties and Liability

  • Warranty: Our planners are designed with high quality materials. If your planner is defective upon receipt or damaged during shipment, we offer a free replacement or refund.
  • Damage or defects: Please contact us at info@focusplanners.nl within 7 days of receipt, including a photo of the damage or defect.
    Focus Planners is not responsible for damage caused by improper use of the product.

8. Complaint handling

Do you have a complaint? Please send an e-mail to info@focusplanners.nl. We strive to handle complaints within 7 working days.

9. Applicable law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
